If you pay in advance, we grant a 3% discount on the gross value of the goods.

Payment by invoice is possible under the following condition: by prior agreement. The invoice amount must be paid within 7 days.

Special Agreements Regarding the Payment Methods Offered

Credit Check
If we provide advance services (e.g. payment by invoice), you authorize us to transfer your data for the purpose of a credit check, based on mathematical-statistical procedures, to Euler Hermes SA, Friedensallee 254, 22763 Hamburg. Based on the result of this credit check, we reserve the right to refuse payment by invoice.

Important Information

Please ensure that you or your customer check the delivery for completeness and damage upon arrival, by comparing it with the delivery notes and freight documents. The following procedure is mandatory: Incomplete deliveries and transport damages must be reported **in writing** to the transport company upon acceptance (notation on the freight document) and immediately submitted as a damage report with photos to your Epax Solar Account Manager and to service@epax-solar.de. Please note that, if this procedure is not followed, we cannot reimburse costs or provide replacements in the event of complaints. Please also note that, in the event of a cancellation made by you, 10% of the net order value from the order confirmation will be charged, but at least €50. These costs arise from the work already performed in relation to your order (planning and processing costs). Furthermore, please note that returns/cancellations of goods specially ordered for you (non-standard portfolio items) and K2 products are generally not possible.
