We reserve the right to charge missing shipping surcharges such as hazardous goods fees,
private customer surcharges, or picking fees afterwards if these are required for your order but were not selected during checkout.
If you have any questions or uncertainties, please contact our customer support in advance.
Please ensure that you or your customer check the completeness and condition of the delivery upon receipt, based on the delivery notes and freight documents. The following procedure must be strictly observed: Incomplete deliveries and transport damage must be reported in writing to the transport company upon acceptance (note on the freight document) and immediately submitted as a damage report with corresponding photos to your Epax Solar account manager and to service@epax-solar.de.
Please note that if the procedure is not followed correctly, we cannot reimburse any costs or provide replacements for claims.
Please also note that in the event of a cancellation initiated by you, a fee of 10% of the net order value of the order confirmation will be charged – but at least 50 €. These costs arise from the activities already performed in connection with your order (planning and handling processes).
Furthermore, please note that the return/cancellation of items specially ordered for you (non-standard portfolio items) and K2 products is generally not possible.
