Once again, Intersolar 2025 showed: the solar industry is evolving at a rapid pace. New products, smart solutions and exciting conversations with leading manufacturers – our team was on site to collect the best innovations for you and to strengthen our portfolio.

Here we have summarized the most exciting new developments in the fields of inverters and battery storage – with a focus on Sungrow, SMA, Fronius and BYD.

Sungrow – New AC22E-01 Wallbox & iHomeManager

Highlight No. 1: the new Sungrow AC22E-01 Wallbox with 22 kW (throttled to 11 kW) and smart energy management.

In short:

  • 22 kW / 11 kW charging power
  • Surplus charging from PV power
  • Eco, fast-charge and individual charging modes
  • Dynamic load management
  • MID certification
  • 7-meter charging cable
  • App control
  • IP65 – suitable for outdoor use

Also new: the Sungrow iHomeManager – an AI-supported energy management system that optimizes self-consumption and is compatible with up to five inverters and battery systems.

SMA – Proven systems & cashback promotion

SMA continues to focus on stability and innovation. Especially interesting:

  • New commercial hybrid inverter (X60)
  • Sunny Home Manager soon with open electricity tariffs
  • Extended cashback promotion until 31.12.2025

Fronius – “Reserva” storage & new wallbox

Fronius presented a complete energy ecosystem:

  • Reserva HV storage (6.3–15.8 kWh modular)

Optimized for European storage standards, safe and highly efficient.

BYD – HVB storage platform & new inverters

BYD introduced the new HVB series:

  • Blade battery technology
  • 5.9–29.6 kWh (up to 3 towers = 89 kWh)
  • 96% efficiency
  • 15-year warranty
  • LFP cells & die-cast housing

Also new:

  • HVS+ / HVM+ modules
  • HVE wall-mounted storage
