We reserve the right to charge missing shipping add-ons afterwards, e.g. dangerous goods surcharges, private customer surcharges or picking services, if these are necessary for your order but were not selected during checkout.

If you have any questions or are unsure, please contact our customer service in advance.

Please check (or have your customer check) the completeness and integrity of the delivery upon arrival using the delivery notes and consignment notes. The following procedure must be followed: Incomplete deliveries and transport damage must be reported in writing to the carrier upon acceptance (note on the consignment note) and immediately submitted as a damage report with photos to your Epax-Solar account manager and to service@epax-solar.de. Please note that if this procedure is not followed, we cannot refund costs or provide replacement in the event of complaints. Please also note that in case of cancellation by you, 10% of the net order value of the order confirmation will be charged, at least €50. These costs arise from work already carried out in connection with your order (planning and processing costs, etc.). Please further note that returns/ cancellations of goods specially ordered for you (non-standard portfolio goods) and K2 products are generally not possible.
