Scheduling must be arranged in advance in writing via support@smart1.eu in the form of a ticket.
No parameterisation of external components such as charging stations, inverters, battery storage systems, etc.
Any liability or warranty for this support service is excluded.
For scheduling, the customer must provide the following at least two weeks before commissioning:
IB-EASY2 checklist
Preconfigured devices (IP address, settings, etc.)
Functional network
All devices to be configured in the same subnet
Network access via the internet, especially to our EASY2 system
