This upgrade licence enables an existing smart1® EASY2 firmware variant (EASY2 Commercial EMS, EASY2 Battery or EASY2 E-Mobility) to be upgraded to the open smart1® Professional Firmware, licence level L6 - Ultimate.
The upgrade converts the previously function-specific EASY2 firmware into an open, fully scalable energy management firmware. The system can then be used flexibly as a central energy management, battery storage, charging and microgrid system and expanded according to project-specific requirements.
All existing functions, configurations and already licensed extensions of the respective source firmware are fully retained and are supplemented by the extended functional and performance scope of licence level L6.
