BYD (Build Your Dreams) is a global technology leader and the world's largest manufacturer of electric vehicles and battery storage systems. Vertical integration – from cell production to the finished storage system – guarantees the highest quality standards. BYD relies exclusively on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry, which is considered the safest and most durable technology on the market, thermally stable and without fire risk.

The Battery-Box Premium HVM (High Voltage Medium) series is the ideal solution for residential and commercial applications focusing on high capacities and scalability. An HVM storage tower consists of 3 to 8 modules (2.76 kWh each), which are simply stacked on top of each other – completely without internal cabling between the modules. This allows capacities from 8.28 kWh to 22.08 kWh to be realized in a single tower.

The BYD Battery-Box Premium HVM+ 13.8 is compatible with hybrid inverters from leading manufacturers such as Fronius, KOSTAL, SMA, and Sungrow. This system provides sufficient energy to significantly increase self-consumption. Thanks to the modular design, the capacity can be expanded at any time with additional modules.
